The dinner in our suite was very nice. We enjoyed several courses and it felt magical, like we were dining in a fairy tale. The amazing service, it's like they knew what we needed even before we did. We left with a collection of photos that just capture all the smiles.

Positive, I loved the spacious Beautiful Room with its tatami floors and massage chair. So close to the onsen, just thirty-five steps! The kaiseki dinner served in our room was magical and exceeded my expectations. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. 😊

Staying in the Deluxe Room 'Tenraku' at Arima Onsen Tocen Goshobo was an unforgettable experience! The hospitality was exceptional. staff even cleaned our luggage wheels upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome with great attention to detail.
